Peanut butter packs some nutritional punch with four grams of protein per tablespoon, delivers lots of heart healthy unsaturated fat, and leaves you feeling full. Crunchy, smooth, spread on top, or spooned straight in, there’s no wrong way to eat it. One word of caution, a tablespoon of the brown gold has about 100 calories so keep the PB noshing in check. Stick with 2 tablespoons per serving and for less sugar and no nasty trans fats, choose natural peanut butter.
