Ever notice how much animals stretch? They must be on to something there. In fact, the act of stretching as part of an exercise routine cool-down or as part of daily life (see office stretches below) can help do two main things:

Decrease the risk of activity-based injuries

Well with arthritis I can tell you there are many parts that are not flexible but the worst is my left leg and hip. I am a big stretching fan though.
That’s great that you like stretching and probably already know it’s role in keeping us as flexible as possible. Keep that leg and hip as limber as possible
