GetReal: the Potato Revisited

You know, the potato really get a bad rap (is it because it’s turned into chips and fries so often?) Although it is true that eating a big bowl of instant mashed potatoes every day will not help you feel fuller longer or control your blood sugars, I don’t believe that the potato deserves a total write off from your starch repertoire.  Keep the skin when you eat them, choose sweet potatoes for extra vitamin A and C, and combine it with a protein and dark green veg for a complete meal.
